Hospital Policies
-Patient Arrival Policy: For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.
-Appointment Policy: Appointments are required. Walk-ins are welcome, but please understand that if it is not an emergency with your pet, a wait or rescheduling the appointment may be required. Emergency cases will receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.
-Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash.
