Hospital Policies                                                                                   

-Patient Arrival Policy: For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

-Appointment Policy: Appointments are required.  Walk-ins are welcome, but please understand that if it is not an emergency with your pet, a wait or rescheduling the appointment may be required.  If your pet has an emergency, we will make every effort to work them into the schedule, but we may have to refer your pet to an emergency hospital.

-Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash.
